The ORFC Open Mic night is held ever other Friday Alternating between Electric and Acoustic please see our facebook or myspace for dates. Hosted by local guitar tutor Georgiana Gillis. It takes the format of a normal open mic - each act places their name on a sign up sheet and gets to have the stage for 15 minutes (or 3 songs). What makes ours unique is that there is no age limit i.e. if you are a young band looking to get some stage time and showcase a few songs this could be the venue for you. There is an entry fee of £1 for non club members an non performers all night, licensed bar, ample free parking and kids are welcome. We usually have backline available; drum kit, amplifiers (enquire beforehand if you require these). PA system, mics and music stands come as standard.
